Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We ship and deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Free Standard Shipping Price: Free for all orders and purchases, unless specified. Tracking number will be provided for monitoring the shipment. 

Express Shipping Price: USD $15.00, determined by you. 

We will be keeping track of your orders to ensure they reach you safely and at the soonest possible. 

If you opt-in to our SMS updates, we will update you the status of delivery from time to time whenever the updates are made available by the courier or logistics company. SMS updates will be provided Free Of Charge (FOC)

The time frame for order delivery consists of 2 parts: 

  • Order Processing time: Order verification, quality checking and item packaging. All orders are shipped out within 48 hours (i.e. 2 working days) after the order is placed. 
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to the final destination. International delivery normally takes about 10 -14 working days. US orders are shipped via e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 10~20 days to arrive at their destination but could take longer from time to time. In any case, we will keep you posted of the status. 

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected. 

There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability.
